Job Description: Certified Teacher
- 8th grade Health and Business
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom where student needs are met through the standards based curriculum, instruction is delivered and progress is measured through consistent assessment.
- 185 day contract
Job Requirements:
- Valid Indiana Teaching License in the area of Health and Business at the secondary level
- Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear drug screen and all IN background check requirements for school personnel as required by state law
Job Qualifications:
- Applicant must possess a knowledge of best practices in health and business instruction
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students of all abilities
- Strong communication skills in order to successfully interact with students, staff and parents
- Knowledge of technology needed for a successful health classroom
